McDonald's New Angus thrid pounders - The Review...

Mr. Wang

Well, after a busy two weeks I return to blogger to tell you about the new Mickey D's Angus Thrid Pounders. They are actually exactly the same but with slightly fresher taste and smell, as well as a slight bolder taste of beef. Well, the previous Angus Third Pounders cost 50 cents less, the new one cost 50 cents more but slightly bolder and fresher. So what is the deal of spending 50 cents more on these junk-whiches when you can spend 3 some bucks at Burger Kings and get like taste? I don't really understand but it seem to be a move like what I said - to compete.

Hope you check it out, :)!

McDonald's New Angus third pounders or just an addition?

Filed 07/02/2009 3:55am - New York, NY
Mr. Wang

Yesterday, I had heard on the Radio about a said 'new Angus Third Pounder' that costs 4 Dollar and going to launch today. And Today, I checked many sites saying it'll be a said 'replacement' to the $3.49 average Angus Burgers. Well, here is what I think is the deal.

The Deal seems that McDonald's is going to knock up the price for many benefits...

Number One, McDonald's is heading into a major competition with Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. Providing the McCafe' Coffee line-up.

Number Two, McDonald's want a better beef for it's Angus Burgers so it will look and taste different. Much like the comparison between Crispy Premium Chicken Sandwich and Southern Style Chicken Sandwich. Pretty much: juicer, beefier and larger.

Number Three, McDonald's is facing challenges from the refreshed or being refreshed Burger King and Wendy's line-ups which will cause fierce competition.

Number Four, McDonald's is embedding these key elements to refresh people's look and thoughts about McDonald's and it's vision to make the fast-food restaurant chain look like more upscale than it's rivals while making sure the price still is cool.

Even though McDonald's is still going to be the same old fast food restaurant, it is going to be like the Premium fast-food chain.

Specs for Burgers:

Angus Deluxe: A burger with lettuce, tomatoes slices, red onion, pickles and cheese finished with a 1/3 pound Angus Beef Patty and a Sesame Seed Bun.

Angus Bacon and Cheese: A burger with bacons, pickles, red onion and cheese finished with a 1/3 pound Angus Beef Patty and a Sesame Seed Bun.

Angus Mushroom and Swiss: A burger with mushrooms, creamy sauce, Swiss cheese and finished with a 1/3 pound Angus Beef Patty and Sesame Seed Bun.

All will cost $3.99 and maybe available today at your nearest McDonald's.

More details will be available as soon as I check out few McDonald's...

Finally Lauching...

Through many months, I haven't been able to post here but now I am going to do a daily commentary post. But now, I am going to do a or two extended commentary post.

Here is specs for the levels of 'commentary posts.'

Level 1 - Commentary Update: Update to what I am up to, corrections of typos or like.

Level 2 - Commentary Post: New Short Article that consists of less details and less info, about 1 to 3 paragraphs.

Level 3 - Extended Commentary Post: New Long Article that consists of more detail and more info. About 4+ paragraphs.

Level 4 - Commentary Review: New Review post consisting of detailed elements adding commentary and specs.

These are four of the stuff I am going to do. Expect more Level 1 and 2 - than - 3 and 4.

Hope you enjoy them, :)!
